1. Cancellations and Booking Modifications

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows, the amount paid will be forfeited or the voucher will be considered used.

Appointment changes are subject to availability.

2. Refund Policy

Services (massages and treatments):
No refunds will be issued once the booking has been made. In justified cases, a date change or an equivalent voucher may be offered.

Gift vouchers:
Non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person within their validity period.

Physical products (e.g., relaxation sachets):
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

3. Gift Voucher Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Once expired, they cannot be used or reactivated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to book in advance before the expiration date.

4. Punctuality

Please arrive on time. In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be reduced in order not to affect subsequent clients.

The service will be charged in full.

5. General Conditions

By making a purchase or booking on our website, the customer accepts these conditions.

Shanti Spa Sitges reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

6. Payment Methods

All payments are processed through secure platforms.

Shanti Spa Sitges uses secure payment systems. The banking data entered by the customer is transmitted directly to the payment gateways (Redsys, PayPal, Bizum, and Stripe) via SSL encrypted connection.

Shanti Spa Sitges does not have access to or store sensitive payment data.

7. Delivery

Contracted services (massages and treatments) are provided in person at the center on the date and time selected during the booking process.

Gift vouchers are delivered in digital format via email after payment confirmation.

Physical products are available exclusively for in-store pickup. Home delivery is not offered.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Customers can consult detailed information in the website’s Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the contracting of services or products, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except in cases where consumer protection regulations establish a mandatory jurisdiction.
